Kukio Beach is a gorgeous stretch of white sand that is accessed through the entrance of Four Seasons Hualalai Resort. Tell the guard that you’re going to Kukio and they will direct you where to park. Depending on which parking lot is full, you may have a bit of a walk to get where you’re going, but when you see the beach you’ll agree it’s worth it! It’s a great place for a day at the beach, a sunset stroll, or family portraits.
Lauren contacted me because her family was all together from different places in the world, and wanted to capture those memories with beautiful golden-hour photos. I was out of town, so my husband Ray took these shots (and I edited them). He’s a professional photographer and has such a gentle manner and artistic eye! (Ray also joins me as a second shooter for weddings and books his own portrait shoots as well).
